Preparation of the tiger nuts:
Fill a pan with tiger nuts half way and fill it generously with water
Let them soak for 48 hours, as they absorb a lot of moisture.
Cook the nuts for about 40 minutes.
Let the nuts cool and rest for 72 hours to aid the slime process
